Editors Comments: |
Sony’s xc-56 industrial camera is a monochrome ccd device designed for machine vision applications. It’s lightweight compact design means it can withstand high g vibration environments without failing, and can be mounted in dynamic applications such as a robotic arm. Because of this, the xc-56 has become a standard in the industrial imaging market place. Everything from 12-pin cable standards, power supply connects, and lens mount design have been copied from this model and repeated in cameras from other manufacturers such as Hitachi, Pulnix, Panasonic, and more” |
