Product Description
The Sony XC-ES51 was designed as a compact version of the larger XC-ST50 industrial camera. The ES series includes the same great performance features and is perfectly suited for machine vision applications involving dynamic motion. With a weight of just 50-grams it’s feather light.
The XC-ES51 incorporates a 1/2 type Interline Transfer CCD with HAD technology providing 768 x 494 effective picture elements and features a C-mount type lens mount.
Note that in order to reduce size and weight Sony has removed the auxiliary BNC video output tap. The trade off improves the vibration and shock tolerance. Video output has been combined with flexible trigger inputs with an industry standard 12-pin Hirose connector.
